Conference Registration
Registration for the Colorado Conference on Volunteerism is now available!
Conference Registration will close on SEPTEMBER 9th
IMPORTANT! - You will be required to identify your preferred workshop sessions when you register. Please download the full schedule of program offerings and workshop descriptions by CLICKING HERE or view the Workshop Schedule at-a-Glance document. Workshops and programs are subject to change.
Attending a Field Experience? Each Field Experience that you attend will add $20 to the total registration order. Please read the registration prompts carefully to select the correct date/time fields and number of participants (if group registration). Field Experience registration deadline is August 31st.
Group registration is an option. Please indicate how many attendees you are registering when prompted to input the "number" of registrations. You will be required to include the name, workshop preference and other details for each attendee to complete the order. Registering and paying separately may be a better option if this information is not readily available.

$125 ~ Registration Rate after August 20th
$75 ~ Volunteers & Workshop Presenters Attending the Full Conference

Single day registration is not available. However, attendees can split their attendance and designate a colleague to attend on the alternate day. Please indicate "Yes" when prompted in the registration process if you intend to share your attendance.
Scholarship Opportunities - ***Deadline has already passed***
Thanks to the generous support of our partners and sponsors, several scholarship opportunities are available for qualifying individuals. Please visit the Scholarships page for more details and information on how to apply. Scholarship recipients will be announced in mid-August and will receive a discount code to use when registering.
Lodging Information
Hotel lodging costs are not included in the Conference registration price. Please visit the Lodging & Travel page to make reservations with the Marriott Fort Collins. Discount available until September 6th.
Alternative Payment & Registration Options

Refund Policy
Full refunds will be acknowledged through August 20th. Half refunds will be offered through September 3rd. After September 3rd, no additional refunds will be available for any reason since hard event costs will have already been incurred.
